| - Booking expenses 20 € |
- After a phone arrangement with the Managers, a renting contract is to be completed and returned signed, with an account of 25% of the expense of your rent. |
- The remainder of the rent will have to be payed intregrally at your arrival, when we give you the keys. |
- A guarantee deposit of 350 € (repayable after the statement of the properties) will be asked at your arrival |
- If you cancel 3 months before arrival, the account will be repaid, except for the 20 € of the booking expenses. After 3 months, the account will not be repaid and the total rental expenses will be able to be claimed (unless there is a major factor). We advise you to take a cancellation insurance. |
Miscellaneous information:
- The Management is unable to welcome persons under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Access to the swimming pool is not authorised for use by swimmers wearing Bermuda-type swimming shorts: swimming briefs are obligatory.
- Barbecues are allowed. It is important to abide by the safety recommendations (Electric barbecues may not be used).
- Pet animals are accepted free of charge. Dangerous dog breeds are forbidden access to the Campsite.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, on penalty of exclusion, and must never be left alone or allowed to roam free within the Campsite grounds. Vaccination card is obligatory.
