Bidart<\/strong> is a pretty, traditional Basque village<\/strong> built on a hill facing the ocean. Located between Biarritz<\/a> and Saint Jean de Luz<\/a>, Bidart is just 20 minutes from the 4-star Village Eskualduna campsite<\/strong> in Hendaye. Bidart’s beaches<\/strong> are world-renowned for their water sports, with surfing<\/strong> at the top of the list. In season, it’s not unusual to come across some of the world’s greatest surfers trying out the waves of the Basque Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The village’s 6 beaches offer 5 kilometers of exceptional panoramic views with the Pyrenees in the background. camping in Bidart<\/strong> also means taking full advantage of these natural beauties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A playground awaits children opposite the superb Uhabia beach<\/strong> (Bidaparc), where you’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants. For lovers of beautiful seaside walks, we recommend the coastal path<\/strong> at Parlementia beach, south of the village. Renowned by surfers for its “wave”, the beach offers an extraordinary view of the Basque coast from Biarritz to Hendaye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A little further inland, you’ll be surprised by the Moulin de Bassilour<\/strong> and its famous artisan bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camping Eskualduna near Bidart on the Basque Coast<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our campsite is located on Hendaye beach<\/strong><\/a> (with free shuttle bus in season) in the heart of the Basque Country.
You can rent a mobile home<\/a> or a camping pitch<\/a>.
